- Production Time: Production typically takes about 2-7 business days, depending on the item. This timeframe allows us to carefully create your custom design.
- Shipping Time: After your order is ready, it will be shipped directly to your address. Shipping times vary based on your location:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5-15 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress. Please note that tracking may not be available for all international orders.
Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns and Exchanges
